Coaching and mentoring
I am an RD1st/CAW Accredited Coach and Action Learning Facilitator (ILM). I offer individual coaching to support clients to realise their ambitions, develop their confidence and overcome challenges. Coaching is a confidential and supportive space for you to think and reflect, develop your self awareness and achieve focus and clarity.
Coaching is available on a pay what you can basis, please contact me for further details.
I also offer more directive mentoring support to clients and organisations; I am a mentor on the Heritage Compass Programme supporting small, volunteer led heritage organisations to achieve their ambitions, and I provide ongoing mentoring support to the team at CPP Hounslow.
‘Sarah’s coaching helped me to create space to think about the direction and impact of my work. Sarah’s insightful questioning, and ability to listen and reflect back with useful analysis was so helpful, and gave me the confidence and impetus to get going. So, after three sessions, I’ve managed to write a tricky case study that I had been putting off for months, and developed a plan for creating some new research. Having space, time and encouragement through coaching gave back the self assurance that had got lost in the busy-ness of day to day life and work.’

‘One of the things that I love about Sarah’s presence is her deep listening skills and her versatility when applying her knowledge to different situations. Those are key things that as a mentor for the Arts Marketing Association makes her Fellows know they are in capable, yet challenging hands. Another thing that makes me want to work with Sarah consistently is how she makes people feel comfortable, so much so that they are able to make progress or open up their vulnerability to shine.’
